Very pleased with Virgil's servcie, I had them remove a nasty virus and repair a cracked screen on my ASUS Laptop, excellent choice for computer repair.

My experience with Virgil Computers was wonderful! They have a very friendly and professional staff with an affordable labor rate!! a few weeks ago, i dropped my laptop off to another computer company in va beach and was ripped off!! THANK GOD FOR VIRGIL COMPUTERS! In the line of work that i do, my computer is my livelihood and there is little room for error. I will only trust virgil computers with my systems in the future!

My son recently moved to Boston, during the difficult task of getting ready, his macnotebook took a fall. Apple refused to cover the repairs. Thankfully we decided on Virgil computers. Sam was a very good listener, and very helpful. My son is now reunited with his Mac and couldn't be more satisfied.As a parent I hope we made the right decision on Boston, but as a consumer I know we made an excellent choice with Virgl Computers. I would like to express my appreciation to all of the staff, and especially Sam.

Just wanted to say thank you for taking such good care of us last week. I dropped off one of our company Macbook Pro's on Thursday for repair and it was ready for pickup by Saturday. That is wonderful service. I was not able to pick it up myself and one of my managers (and user of the laptop) picked it up. He commented on how professional and friendly your staff was. had this company replaced my cracked Macbook Sceen and I was more than satisfied with their service. The Price was half that of the Mac Store in MacArthur Center Mall in Norfolk, I like the fact that they have been around for about 14 years.

When you are "homebound" by choice [and by doctor script] your computer becomes your life. I am back to work and functioning well. Don't Sweat the Small Stuff

My daughter accidentally put a bowl of cereal (with milk) all over the keyboard of my MacBook. The Apple store at the mall wanted $800. to repair it. It cost $900. new a few years earlier. They were pushing hard to buy a new one and to trash this one. The people online were pretty much of the same mind -- don't waste your money. I found Virgil's spoke with Sam, he said he thought ( but didn't promise ) that he could fix it and if he could it would be $150. He kept and diagnosed it, called and said he could fix it, and it was ready in a few days. It's been three years and it's still working like new!!! ...I highly recommend them!!!!! Ken
