"Highly recommend Virgil's from my experience! Apple took two appointments to discover internal water damage to my laptop and quote a week+ repair time and a repair cost close to buying a new laptop. Virgil's completed the repair within a few days, stayed open past closing to allow a pickup, made fixes that Apple didn't provide as an option, and provided highly transparent and fair pricing and charged only was what necessary, all with positive customer service. "
