Customer Testimonials

" This is a great computer store!!! Our family has been relying on Virgil's Computer Repair for about 10 years to keep our computers up and running. They have made timely repairs to our Apple and windows laptops, and I have purchased at least 2 windows computers from them. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, repairs are done when promised and for the price that we agreed upon.
Their repairs cost us a lot less than what Apple would charge, and they last the life of the computer. Their laptop prices are a little more than buying online or from a big box store, but the service is fantastic!!!
If you need a repair or a new machine, I highly recommend Virgil's "

"Highly recommend Virgil's from my experience! Apple took two appointments to discover internal water damage to my laptop and quote a week+ repair time and a repair cost close to buying a new laptop. Virgil's completed the repair within a few days, stayed open past closing to allow a pickup, made fixes that Apple didn't provide as an option, and provided highly transparent and fair pricing and charged only was what necessary, all with positive customer service. "Virgil’s computers (Napoleon) did all my IT for my new dental office in Norfolk more than 10 years ago! I have never had any problems with my computers or networks, one computer/server in particular has been the best I ever had, it has been functioning as my own personal one since 2013! It still works like it was made yesterday! Thank you Napoleon for a great job!!! 👏 "
